2. Submission & Design Process Begins
- Once you have completed and submitted your required responses, the logo design process officially begins.
- If we have any questions or need further clarification, we will reach out to you.
3. Logo Concept Development
- Our design team will create initial logo sketches based on your vision.
- Turnaround time: 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Please note: Peak seasons and promotional periods may extend this timeframe.
- If revisions are requested please note turnaround time can be up to 3 business days.
4. Feedback & Revisions
- Once the initial logo sketches are submitted, you have 7 business days to provide feedback and request revisions.
- If no response is received within this time, we will finalize the option that best aligns with your submitted vision.
5. Finalization & Delivery
- After final approval, you will receive a complete file package, including:
- PDF, PNG, JPEG, SVG, and EPS files for various uses.
- Note: We do not offer PES (embroidery files) at this time.

The turnaround time for initial logo sketches is 3-5 business days, depending on workload and season. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, the timeframe may be extended.
4. How many revisions do I get?
Your purchase includes 5 revisions to refine your logo design. After the 5th revision, any additional changes will require an extra fee.
Once the initial sketches are submitted, you have 7 business days to provide feedback and request revisions. If no response is received within that time, we will finalize the option that best aligns with your submitted vision.

You will receive a complete file package that includes:

10. What happens if I don’t like my logo?
We work closely with you to ensure satisfaction through our 5 included revisions. If major changes are needed beyond those, additional fees may apply.
11. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are final due to the custom nature of our design work.
