Approvals and Revisions
Revisions and Approvals Policy
To ensure a smooth and efficient design process, Phyl Graphics operates under a structured revisions and approvals policy. This process is in place to protect the integrity of our work, manage timelines, and provide you with the highest quality outcome for your brand.
1. Submission of Content
All design work begins only after required forms and requested content have been submitted in full. The accuracy and clarity of the submitted materials directly impact the outcome of the final product. Delays in submission may affect your project timeline and delivery date.
2. Draft Delivery
Initial drafts will be sent based on the information and inspiration provided. These drafts serve as the foundation for the final product and are intended for review and feedback.
3. Approvals
Client approval is required after each major phase of the project (e.g., logo design, website mockup, etc.) before moving on to the next stage. No design will be finalized or pushed into development without written confirmation or approval. Failure to provide approval in a timely manner may delay project completion.
4. Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revisions as outlined in your service agreement or promotional offer. Revisions must be requested within 7 business days of receiving a draft. Any revision requests made after this period may be subject to additional fees or considered out of scope.
Revisions include adjustments to layout, colors, fonts, and minor content changes. Major changes (e.g., complete redesigns, brand direction shifts, or new content submissions after draft approval) may require an additional fee.
5. Final Approval & Delivery
Once all revisions have been made and final approval has been received, the completed files will be delivered in the agreed format. At this point, the project is considered closed. Any changes requested after final delivery will be treated as a new project or billed at the current hourly design rate.
6. Non-Response
If no feedback or approval is provided within 14 business days of a draft being sent, the project will be considered dormant. A reactivation fee may apply to resume the project. Projects left inactive for 30 days or more may be marked as completed and closed, with no further revisions accepted.
7. Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the nature of digital design services and the time invested in each project, all payments are non-refundable, including promotional packages. This is clearly stated in all service agreements and applies regardless of revision requests or lack of approval.
