Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee & Session Policies Please review the following important information before your scheduled session: Booking & Payment Your booking is not confirmed until the session fee has been paid in full. All payments must be made at the time of booking to secure your spot. Virtual Sessions All sessions are conducted via Zoom. Please check your email for the Zoom link after booking. Sessions are automatically recorded for your convenience. Grace Period & Cancellations There is a 30-minute grace period. If you are not present within this timeframe, your session will be canceled and must be rescheduled. To reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. General Booking Policies Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. No-call, no-show appointments will forfeit the session fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email or message as soon as possible. Repeated rescheduling may result in limited booking availability in the future.
