TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Phylnominal Graphics is a branding and print boutique with the goal of assisting small businesses and individuals in graphic and multi-media design. We strive to deliver beyond satisfaction in customer service, quality and effectiveness.

Operating hours are Monday-Friday 10:00am-4:30 pm any communications received after this time will be responded to on the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive responses.

ALL PROMOTIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Order updates are not provided via social media messanger. Due to the volume of messages we will only provides updates through email only.

SHIPPING + RETURN POLICY:

All Standard Orders are shipped within 3-5 Business Days. Rush order are shipped within 1 business days. Carriers used include USPS Priority and UPS Ground. There are no refunds on customized print items. All promotion sales are FINAL.

Branding and Logo Design Policy:

  • All sketches will be delivered within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise specified during order process. During promotional sales and peak season processing for designs can be increased but will not exceed 14 business days. Holidays and weekends are not included in this time. In the event of a revision request turnaround time is 3-5 business days. This means logo revisions once received can take up to 5 business days. Cartooned images can take up to 10 business days.

  • Digital logo deliverables will include .pdf, .jpeg, and .png. Additional files types will be delivered upon request.

  • All full brand design package require a 50% DEPOSIT to start any project. This deposit will guarantee pricing only for the services stated on the initial quote.  The cost of any additional services will be added to your final invoice.  Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours of your purchase. Please be advised that once deposit is paid you agree to all terms and conditions.

  • Any corresponding digital files will not be delivered until any final payments have been made and invoice has been closed.

  • Any additional variations of final design and changes after approval can be purchased for $40 per design which must be paid in full. All design changes after approval must be paid in full before change of project begins.

Print Policies and Procedures:

  • Projects that require printing must have final approval and be paid in full before being sent to print.

  • All prints on approved projects will be delivered 7-10 business days after final payment is received. After proofs are approved, errors are the responsibility of the client. Reprinting charges will apply and are required to be paid in full before the project is sent to print. If designer has made changes to proof which result in error, reprinting cost are responsibility of Phylnominal Graphics.

  • ​If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges for items within 7 days of delivery date. This does not apply to customized orders. We kindly ask that all items requested for exchange are unused, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it. Exchanged items will no be shipped until we receive the returned item. We do not offer free return shipping.

  • For all custom items after placing your order you will receive a mock-up within 1-3 business days. All custom orders require full payment and will be delivered within 10-14 days days after mockup has been approved. Please be advised custom orders of over 25 can take between 6-9 weeks to be printed and delivered.

  • Rush orders are accepted and will be accessed a $20 fee which must be requested by email and paid in full before rush status is accepted. Delivery for rush order is 5-10 business days. All customs are processed only by approval. Your items production time does not start until after your order has been approved.

  • There are no refunds or exchanges on personalized merchandise. A quality check is performed on all items, however If there are manufacture defects with your items please inform us within 1-3 days of receipt, we will work with you to get you the best quality.
    If you wish to cancel your order after the close of the business day and have already received a mock-up of your print a store credit will be issued for any print or digital items.

 

Response Policy

  • So that we are able to maintain effective turnaround times. Please be advised for any digital order, if drafts for your order have been sent any revision request must be made within 7 business days. Failure to communicate revisions in the allotted time frame will be considered approval of the submitted draft. In these cases your file package will be sent with the draft design and the order will be closed.

Website Design Policy

  • ​Full payment is required before any service is rendered for all website designs and revamps.

  • In order to have your website launched within the timeframe of 3-5 business days, we will need to receive all of the information and materials needed to complete your site.

  • We must receive this information and these materials in a timely manner, or you will risk deviating from the schedule and significantly delaying the launch of your site beyond the quoted timeframe. Please be advised businesd days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Our production schedule is built based on the information we have received from each of our clients. We cannot predict when we might receive any given information from any given client. Due to the volume of clients we are working with, it can take multiple business days for your project to be put back into the production schedule. The longer you take to get us any requested information, the longer it will take to get you back into the schedule. There is only so much we can schedule for each week, and what we schedule is based on when we receive information needed to move forward to the next step on any given project. The sooner you have the information submitted the better.

  • If we have not heard from you for a period of thirty (14) days, you will lose your place on our schedule. There is no guarantee when we will be able to get your project back on schedule once this stage is reached.

Marketing and Promotions

​Final designs may be posted to the Phylnominal Graphics site for marketing purposes.
