Important Note About Response Time & Project Delays
To maintain a smooth workflow and timely delivery, we rely on clear and prompt communication. Here’s how response time directly affects your project:
How It Works:
Projects are managed in a rotating schedule.
We move forward based on when we receive your content, feedback, and approvals.
If we send you a draft or revision request and don’t hear back within a reasonable time, your project may be paused so we can proceed with other clients' active projects.
Why This Matters:
Your response helps us:
Stay aligned with your vision
Meet your desired deadline
Avoid unnecessary back-and-forth or miscommunication
Real-Life Example:
Let’s say you submit a website request on Monday, and we deliver the first draft on Wednesday. If you respond the same day with feedback, your project continues in the current design queue. But if we don’t hear back for several days (or weeks), your project loses its place in the rotation. Once you do respond, your update will be added to the end of the current workflow, which may result in a longer turnaround.
How You Can Help:
Review and reply to design drafts within 24–48 hours, when possible.
Be proactive in providing all necessary content (text, images, links) when submitting your request.
Let us know upfront if you're going to be unavailable or need a delay in delivery.
